Returns & Refunds

If your piece isn’t quite the right fit, no worries at all! Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery, and items can be sent back within 14 days for a full refund. Pieces must be unused and returned in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For returns over $75, a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is strongly recommended, as we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of returned items.

If your order arrives with damage, kindly send a photo along with your message. You can:

• Keep it with a partial refund, or

• Return it for a full refund

Refund Process:
